Mastering Menopause is a women’s health consultation and trainer directory platform based in Australia. I converted their Figma design into a fully functional WordPress website using Elementor, delivering a clean, responsive layout that supports both consultation services and trainer listings.

The platform offers personalized menopause support by connecting women with certified trainers and wellness professionals. With GeoDirectory and GetPaid Premium, the website allows trainers to create profiles, manage bookings, and receive inquiries directly. The site is SEO-optimized, mobile-friendly, and easy for both trainers and clients to use.

Overcoming Challenges in Trainer Directory & Consultation Platform

The Mastering Menopause website involved several advanced customizations to meet both design expectations and functional goals of the client. While the frontend design followed a clean Figma layout, deeper challenges emerged during development.

Major Challenges:

• Ensuring design and branding consistency across GeoDirectory listings and user account dashboard based on the Figma layout
• Set up the trainer dashboard and profile menu, including subscription access, as no post-login design was provided by the client
• Integrating a payment system to allow trainers to publish their profiles after checkout
• Allowing trainers to select and display specific services in their listing form
• Building ZIP code–based search filters as the top priority for client-specific search results
• Highlighting map pins on profile card hover for better interactivity and UX
• Setting up and linking custom popups with MailerLite for lead capture and engagement

Solution:

• Customized GeoDirectory templates and user dashboard to match the original Figma branding using custom CSS and Elementor styling
• Setup a fully functional trainer dashboard with profile settings, listing controls, and clear navigation
• Used GetPaid Premium for payment flow and integrated trainer profile publishing after successful checkout
• Extended the listing form with multi-select for services offered by each trainer
• Implemented ZIP code filtering in the directory with priority display in search results
• Used GeoDirectory map settings to trigger map pin highlights on listing card hover
• Created custom Elementor popups and connected them with MailerLite for newsletter signup and lead generation
